due to some issues in her eyes my wife is interested in studying a new "career".

Does anyone know any good massage school in Buriram , Huay Rat or nearby. Prefer temple or similar...

Any contact info would be great as well own experiences.

Go to your local SubDistrict clinic. They may have a massage facility. If they do they will be able to point you in the right direction.

I don't know if it is still the case, but Prakhonchai hospital used to teach massage.
