I just go to the Buriram Immigration office every 90 days.  The process is quick, painless  and done on the spot.  I meet other expats there and it is a nice time out.  No online hassle applications for me.
Regards

I fully agree with you.  The only reason I tried Online was because of this thread.  With BI now nearby it is as you infer more of a hassle to use the on line than to do in person.  For the time just this week trying to input data onto the website and the at least 5 subsequant revisits to check the status I could have had it completed.  And I just checked about 10 minutes ago, the status is still pending.

That being said, if the online was working as it should (e.g., the report being approved by the next business morning) it could actually be easier.

I'm not sure...90 day report at BI can be a hassle.
Did my 90 day last Thursday and it was at least 5 full minutes before I was on my way home...Took longer to find a parking place and go the the office than the process did...

I just checked my online 90 day report status and it is still pending.  I am now past the 7 day before window so will have to go to BI.  But I plan to ask them why it was not approved, I made a screen shot of the status page.  Will report the findings.

It was reported earlier on this thread that 2 expats were successful with on line from BI.

Did my 90 day at BI today, took almost 3 minutes.  Some of that time was him telling me I was late, but he checked the computer and agreed I was at the 91st day.

However, I showed him my 90 day pending from the online the said "We do not do online."  I did not discuss or argue with him as at least in my case getting to BI is fairly painless.

I'm pretty sure the national system is fine. Buriram Office just refuse to log on to it and approve.

A friend was told by Kap Choeng today that the system is forked.

I also read on Thai Visa that there was going to be a rollout of a "new improved online immigration system".... all I can say is that the poster is not normally prone to BS....

7/11 for 90 day reports? Never going to happen as I understand Tesco/Lotus Express have signed a MOU with Immigration giving them exclusive rights to offer this service.

If Thai immigration wants to outsource the 90 day report system I hope it is goes to 711.  There are many more 711 outlets than Tesco/Lotus making it easier for expats to gain access to the program.  This leaves me pondering, if the 90 day report is outsourced what will Thai immigration do with all the spare time they will now have on their hands?

If I am not mistaken it is BigC that has the contract.

If you spend more than 1000 baht in one visit you get a coupon.

3 coupons and then you can report.
