How much is it for a Thai?  The reason why I'm asking is, you can buy a brand new 3 bedroom house in Nang Rong for 1.68M/Baht.

Based on the detail presented I would not recommend it.  Too bad as a buddy of mine wants a house in Nang Rong.

Sorry man, I've bought this house from the auction and I haven't get inside yet because the peoples who lives there doesn't look happy and they asked me to live in the house for more one month.

I think it's not nice to get inside and try to be a big man

But I have right to sale this property because I paid all to the auction and the bank and the Chanot is with me and shown my name now

I sale this price because I checked the price of land in this area with some people there who just buy and they've told me that the price of land is this area is 1300000 per 100 Sq.waa(400Sq.m.)
My idea is just focus on the land if I get this price 2.6 million baht for 200Sq.waa it will be ok
So that's mean if you buy this property you will get that house for free

I would not buy based on the fact there are angry tenants that lost their home to the bank...and you.  Seems you may have some difficulty getting them out, and eviction takes some time.

People who borrowed money from the bank to buy the property and then they haven't paid the money back for years, so they have to accept if the bank will takes their homes to sale and get the money back

There're more than hundreds properties from over Buriram go to the auction and sale twice times a month, this is not my first time and I never have any problem with the tenants in my property investment before

For this case  it's my decision to let them stay in that house because I think if I let them stay one month or two or three months for free it's not going to cost me anything but I've told them that they have to accept once I sold this house they have to leave
