Alan: Very nice use of Sandstone facing and the bathtub tile work looks fantastic. What type of wood is the top level of the stainless steel stair railings? Thanks for posting the photos.

When I travel around locally I can normally tell which house has been built by which local builder as they all seem to build a style that the builders crew have been accustom too .
It does seem that Alan the Builders trade mark is Sandstone facing and the square cement trim around the windows
Here is a few I spotted, and all very nice too

The wood is a hard wood it's called in Thai - Mia Macar both the treads and hand rail.
The Sand Stone is easy on the eye and for sure is better than a painted surface more robust also.
Thanks for you input gents.
