Hi Paul,

When are you heading through Prakhon Chai again?  I'd like to place an order.

Regards,
Gary

I sort of wish that I had an insatiable desire for UK food but reading your menu I can't say that I have. I don't mean to be impolite but the stuff that occasionally comes to mind I make myself (pizzas, spaghettis, pickles, beans on toast (!) and bread etc). However if I can see my way to visit Nong Ki soon, I will.

One of the things I have missed here was getting a good steak.  Back in states I would grill steak probably once a week, the local Kroger had a nice meat shop.  Now Buriram has the states beat hands down for pork and chicken products, but their beef market leaves a lot to be desired.

So I contacted my best buddy Paul and asked for some 2-3 cm thick T-Bones.   He came through.  While not up to the Kroger Grade A standards, it was definately edible and I will be cooking more.    hungry1

3 year anniversary dinner.  Wife wanted me to cook instead of taking her out to dinner.  It turned out pretty good!

Last night had another steak, I discovered that if you beat Nookie's meat it provides some additional tendorization.
