HUG HUG Buriram
« on: March 24, 2015, 08:43:40 AM »
I very much enjoyed the Hug Hug Buriram Video featuring Martyn and Peter. During the video which was in English there was a mention of a Buriram App - Hug Buriram. So I raced to the computer and down loaded it to my I Phone 6. Its in THAI ! I asked the TW if she can see a little tab to click to change the display to English - she said no she couldn't see one. Can anyone shed some light on the App please. Or confirm that it is only in Thai language  which IMO would be a bit of a shame. Regards Wayne

p.s. If you haven't seen the video, copy this address:

You can change language to English, Open the App and tap on any link and then tap on profile (it's a small circle with a man) Change language. I've managed to do it on an Android and iPhone.
The Video is very good and promoting Buriram in a nice way.    bravo1

Everybody loves this video. I hate it, it has to be said. Embarrassing, superficial... and probably quite expensive, using a tourist brochure to decide what to film. Using the same formula it could be applied to any town anywhere in the world. I could do without the two beer drinkers' 'hey, let's go to Buriram', as well as the way below Laurel and Hardy standards routine getting into a lift. I couldn't do better, that's why I'm not going to.
'Hey, let's go to Nana Plaza'.....

Yes, that's a bit better. I like the 'bronze statue made of brass' bit, but never mind.-
