Rent house in Buriram
« on: September 18, 2014, 02:43:37 PM »
Hi,

I am new at this forum, and the reason I entered it is that me and my wife are planning to move to Buriram next year. We are now staying in Jomtien, but she want to move "home" to her small village, but my deal is that I want to stay in Buriram city then.

So to my questions, how is the market for renting a house in Buriram city. I want a decent standard and with at least two bedrooms, and a swimming pool is a huge plus. I am also planning to move my business with me, and if it´s possible I would like a room for office space as well.

Do you have any suggestions have to find a house for rent, except this site? And are there a market for renting, or is it hard to find a house for rent?

Strongly suggest that you visit Tararom Village (behind Big C) They always have rentals available and many Farangs live on the estate. Nearer the date I can give you a contact who would be pleased to help.  buriramsmiley

Thx, we are probably going to Buriram at the end of January or beginning of February to start looking more intense. Maybe we are coming up before that as well, and should be nice to look around a little bit then to see what areas that would be interesting for us and so on...

FYI, you can hear the racetrack in the areas behind Big C.  Was no problem for me but the wife had real problem with the noise.  Her friend said you can even hear the races while inside the house.  I also met Howell (sp?)  and he was very helpful and seemed honest.  Beware of those that call themselves brokers who are not.
