This is just the entrance. You can walk down about 20 metres, there is a nice air conditioned waiting room with office on the right and a nice new bus parking area a little further on. My daughter in law bought a ticket yesterday at the old office, and they didn't tell her that the bus would be waiting in another place. Maybe... We still don't know if you can buy a ticket in the new office, find out tomorrow, when we shall arrive early to find out about the boarding point. There were no Nakhon Chai Air buses at the old terminal.

It is a very nice looking terminal with parking for about 8 buses, so it is fairly large:

I'll give it a try. There were plenty of people wandering around that didn't know that there was a new waiting room and that you still have to buy tickets in the same place as before.
The seats are comfortable, toilets are nearby, ฿2. They have a dinky rail system that transports the luggage out to the bus. They seem to be building a restaurant. Nice to watch all the sweet young girls going back to Pattaya to work.
