CAT CDMA Closing Down??

There is strong rumour that soon CAT CDMA will be closing down now that it has joined with True.

I live in the area of Prachonchai, in a rural village approx 20 kms from the town.
At the moment I have CAT CDMA using a very tall ariel on the side of my house pointing towards NanRong (25Kms away).
Strong rumours that soon this service will be closed down so looking for an alternative.
Recently 10 houses got together and paid about 5,000B each for TOT to come to the village and put a large mast in the temple grounds which is about 1km from me.
From what I can see a cable has been run from the mast beside the electricity wires to the 10 homes and then connected.
No dishes or ariels on the houses.
My questions are: Can more than 10 users be connected to a mast.
Anyone have an idea of the charge for TOT to run a wire to my house (nearest house connected about 0 .5Km.)
Can a Wi-Fi system be used with this mast or only a cable.
I know in the end I will have to go into TOT office in Prachonchai but I would like to have some idea what my alternatives are before doing so as the last time, about 2 years ago when I went in to ask about an internet service they were so unhelpful saying to my wife that they not want to do satellite for Farangs as they complain too much!!!
