Those with brains drive to M&D.600 meters east of immigration  directly opposite the Maxxis Tire Center.GPS 14.4741991131, 103.602019776 (M&D Coffee)  Also felling naughty. Some people are just lazy. I have customers that walk that 600 meters.

Oh Hell, I going to agree with Nookie (I think the 2nd time).  I specifically looked for it to and from the Market 2 weeks ago, but didn't see it. 

Maybe should call beforehand and you can be there waving a red ( or M&D) flag for those driving by.

Yes it's easy to miss as it just blends in this the other Thai shops around it.

You don't expect a western run business to have one of those Thai stalls  that sell those drinks of various colors on the front.( very Thai )

BTW.as you pass through Prasat call into Staffords,their 155 baht English breakfast is the best locally

As you are heading to Prasat from Kap Cherng it is on the left hand side. It is on the frontage road about 200 metres before the 214/24 junction. You can't miss it. The inside is decorated in a nice yellow colour.
