New entertainment compound in Prakhon Chai?

I saw a new compound lit with fairy lights just before entering Prakhon chai while travelling from Nang Rong. I asked missus about it, but got sharp looks which tells me something exciting must happen there      .

Any ideas what is this place?

Left or right side as you come in ? There was a pub/bar/karaoke place on the left but it was closed last time I went past.

"Thinking about it" is all I am bloody well doing - and it doesn't help ! 

I have no personal knowledge of Relax Bar but am 100% certain that the girls in there are available. This bar is not like Pattaya, it is Thai style frequented almost exclusively by Thais. On the few occasions I have been there it has been with the missus so questions have been met with a scowl ! 

Nookie will interested/excited to know that there is at least one khatoey in there.
