   Prakhon chia Nick... I used to hang out in your neck of the woods.  I tell ya the food got a lot better at Coffee Corner when Ray got there. Some honest to god western food.  Even though I love thai food its still nice to get a steak or roasted chicken once in a while.

I have to thank Smithy for advertising my low beer/cider prices.........No free peanuts though!! FREE Food on Sunday afternoons,,,,,last week it was Fish(Japanese Yellow Sole) ,Chips & Mushy Peas ......This week it will be Nookies famous HOT Chilli-con-Carne

Nick you do live in your 'cocooned' world,,,,'OUTLYING'??....1KM off the Highway 24,,,,,You  & CoCo are the only losers,,,,,the 25 or so that turn up at Nookies every Sunday dont seem to have a problem,could be a few takers for some 'health' insurance too(worth thinking about)...........Not only cheap drinks,,,,but also an ever expanding array of farang foods.

I stick to "OUTLYING".

Whilst you may be only 1km from the highway, there is very little civilisation either side of your entry onto the 24 for many kms.

I suspect the Sunday regulars come for the food and drink, and to worship the multi - coloured toilet facilities, which have been widely advertised and reviewed.. One day I will partake!

I don't blame you Nookiebear,after my extensive research after Smithy99's comments it seems this is a lethal cocktail if taken in the wrong hands .One minute your a healthy Hetrosexual,a few packets of Mexicain Style Peanuts and a couple or 6  Archa Beer,s and your heading for Soi 6/1 before you know it

I've been silently following this thread for awhile, (don't know why), and I think I've begun to understand. If you want to remain a healthy hetero, then you must leave the nuts alone?
