Its not what you eat, its were you eat it and with who that matter?

Not quite. If i were to offer you a dogshit sandwhich in the company of Roger Moore, Henry Cooper and Winston Churchill at the Moonbar on the top floor of the Banyan Tree hotel. Location and company aside, you would have a ghastly time because you just ate a sandwhich made of dogshit. hungry1

Wouldn't you agree? :-X

Did I say that,I think you are making things up now,its funny how people try to put words in your mouth .It can be the cooking that makes the difference,30 seconds to long in the Microwave or a few minutes to long in the oven can ruin a good pie .I know a guy that ate a Staffords pie in a restaurant in Surin ( not the Sportsman ) and had to have a word with Garry at Stafford's about it, Bad cooks can be bad for your product

Well I am partial to a Chicken and Camembert pie and a really well made egg and bacon pie. But of course any pie with beef in it cant be bad.
Cheers,
John

Yes Alan, we know you love Staffords pies, they're the tops, his cold cuts and cheeses are absolutely scrumptious and the best for miles around etc etc... We got It, no need to keep going on about it.

A quote from you Lukey from another regional forum,,,,,,,,"Staffords scran is exceptional, no-one would ever deny that."

Don't keep going on about Stafford's Lukey..... :D

BTW ... Lukey you was right when you said "None of my business is it not? " ...was that Humble Pie you was eating there.

Hardly. Other people might throw in the name of the place they went drinking at the day before. With you its just cheezy, With such pearlers like '' Wow I stocked up with goodies yesterday from his extensive pantry range, his pickled onions are absolutely whizzer!''
