"A friend of mine rang Korat Immigration today (2 Feb) and was told most emphatically that he could not do his 90-day report by post. Must physically submit the 90-day report to either Chom Chom or Korat."

Any comments???

It was posted here to help people by informing them that postal application MAY not be accepted at Korat and to seek guidance, that is all.

Hi all,

I have been there today, the immigration staff are very friendly and helpful.

ALL Visa services are available (Visa extention,90 days notification report,Single/Multi entry, other visa kinds, etc.).

So I was very happy to see they came with a computer (Laptop) which I think connect to the main/korat immigration server where they can check people visa status.
In my case, my yearly visa renewal.

As you arrive to Buriram District office (Located on Jira road), Enter the building and go to the 2nd floor and turn Left there you will see the immigration staff.

Interesting that the banner at the entrance was all in Thai. But nevertheless, good to see them providing a mobile service for expats in smaller towns.

Coming from Buriram on road 226 keep straight on Lak Mueang road, pass Surin City Pillar Shrine (Red color temple on the right side, you can't miss it), 500m later on the right side enter Surin city hall.

Surin puts notices outside in English;  Buriram doesn't.  Today was my first time there, and I and another client had difficulty in finding it (in spite of reading your instructions, Admin).
