The new air link will make visiting Lampang’s famous Elephant Conservation Centre easier.
The service set up with an investment of 30 million baht is designed to provide an "alternative choice of travel," said Jiratid Ong-aree, the company's managing director. Prachuab Chaiyasan, holder of various ministerial portfolios between 1987-2000, is its president.
The company has a fleet of four aircraft - two each of Embraer-110 and Dornier 228 - each capable of seating 19 passengers. With the paperwork complete, it is presently awaiting approval from the Department of Civil Operation to operate the flights, which it hopes to begin next month.
And by the end of the year, it plans to add Loei,
Phetchabun,
