Major incident happened to a German man, 60 years old, while climbed on a bamboo ladder about 5 meters high to fix the Internet cable as the Internet wasn’t working the man unfortunate fall on a metal iron gate inserted into the center of his back.

Hi

Think we should all bear in mind that ladders, stools, chairs etc are all designed with 45 kg Thais in mind not farangs.

I have learnt the hard way after having a plastic chair collapse under me plus a metal ladder, although the latter fortunately happened in slow motion but I still finished up on my a**e.

If there is any high work needed on a ladder send the wife up it!

How is he?  I saw the news clip on TV, when I was in Satuk., did not look good, they had to cut the railings to take him to hospital. He had at least 4 spikes puncture him across his back?

Anyone know how he is?
