"Kotiyao", Thai Noodle soup is probably the most popular Asian dish all over the world.

Its taste different from place to place but you can always fix it to match your flavor/taste with the add on spices and FISH SOUCE !! crazydance
Just add little bit from everything to the noodle soup, taste until you're satisfied. jumping1

There are few popular noodle "Kotiyao" kinds:

"SEN MI" = Very thin noodles (Thinner than "Sen Lek").

"SEN LEK" = The thin no color noodles.

"BAMI" = The yellow thick ones (See in the picture).

"SEN YAI" = The wide white color noodles.

Popular kinds of soups of Thai noodle dishes:

*Usually come with regular chicken soup and than you build the taste with the spices you add to the soup.

"Tom Yam" = Tom Yam noodle flavor.

"NAM TOK" (Water Fall) = Add Chicken BLOOD into the noodle dish.

*In the picture, "Kotiyao Bami".

yet another version of "Katom" (Rice soup)..

Usually katom is with thicker soup and the rice is being boiled for a long time until the rice split into pieces and merge together with the soup.
This one is different as you can see, the good thing is the pork pieces and even bones are so soft you can eat them easily.

Nice. yum1

Tom Yam

Some very weird Isaan food available in certain places, the woman in the video saying "its so tasty!!"

You can see the crab is still moving.
I'm not a big fan of seafood at all so for me its really sick1

* Just to be clear here, its not a common food in Isaan nor in Buriram and its the first time I see it..
I have seen village people eating fresh uncooked meat but this is bizarre!!  fighting1

Thai girl eating bugs.

now this one is very common food in the villages and the city, there is a food stall just infront of 7-11 infront buriram bus station, if you want some bugs earlier you can always go to the night market.  ::) :P

Khanom bueang

Khanom bueang (Thai language: ขนมเบื้อง) known as crispy pancakes in English, is a popular form of street food in Thailand.
They resemble tacos, but are made from rice flour rather than corn flour.
Khanom buang are usually first topped or filled with coconut cream, followed by sweet or savory toppings such as shredded coconut, strips of fried eggs or egg yolks, or chopped scallions.

This kind of sweet is also popular in neighboring Cambodia.
