Located in the very busy Jira Rd approx. 50 mtrs from the night market.

This large 2 storey shophouse has ran as a very sucessful laundry service for many years.

Downstairs is the shop area / bathroom / kitchen / work area / ironing and storage area / wasing and hanging area.

Upstairs has 2 fan bedrooms and a large open area.

Income is by way of regular clients, fixed contracts and passing trade.

The shop also runs a uniform / formal dress storage facility.

Easily run by 1 full time person and 1 part timer. The current part time person has been there for 5 years and is willing to stay on if required.

Up to 1 month free training is availabe if needed.

Price includes all fittings fixtures and goodwill. (washing and drying machines, irons and ironing tables, storage display cabinets, gas stove, tv with free cable etc etc)

Rent is 5000 bht / month and asking price is 115000 bht (neg)

Has anyone ever bought a bum squirter irrespective of price that does not leak or fall to bits after about 3 months?

If so details would be appreciated from the bottom

Hi other poster

I would have thought Bob the Builder nextdoor would be able to advise about all things house-related. It may be an idea to check out Chrome instead of the usual plastic.

they always breaks down,in my case twice a year .
solution.go for the cheap ones and buy few sets (the head only) don't bother with the more expensive ones as it will be the same.
also I found out the more expensive are coming with less pressure amendment,maybe people with more money are more sensitive who knows

Buyer pulled out at the last minute

Bad luck for them..... just had another 2 contracts worth 15K each from Krung Thai Bank

Price is still 115K.

The shop is going to a really nice couple who Iam sure will continue to provide a great service.

I hope to get to Norby's (with a few fellow BUMS) but with all the dramas going on here I am not sure what is going on

To be honest with you, I cant even remember what day its on.....or if I even suggested a day
