Section 9
A vehicle must not scrape the raod

So you could get fined 500 B when driving down the 359 and hit some of those massive pot holes that tears your front spoiler off   

BTW ..  I one thing I have noticed when driving at night is the amount of Motorbike's that drive without a rear light ....death wish comes to mind
