I can answer for the UK, because the sun set on the British Empire long ago.
And I have have generally found Aussies to be good natured people.
The USA still stupidly sticks it nose in other countries business.
Should be interesting to look at the visa requirements for France.

So what is your answer for the UK? Please enlighten us.
France is on the list.
I would imagine that Australia is on the list due to its proximity to the area and its likely involvement in the development in the AEC.
The UK is likely on the list for a similar reason. There are 3 members of the Commonwealth that are due to become members of the AEC. Those 3 members are the richest of the group and likely to be the most powerful.
Maybe a bit of forward planning by Vietnam in order to get their foot in the door.
