I think there is a new development of condo in Buriram not far from HOME MART / TA WEEKIT.. Any input guys?

You should consider providing your minimum requirements such as 1 or 2 bedroom, 2 bath, car port, etc.   Also downtown can mean a lot, to me I would consider that somewhere around the Day Market.  Would around Big C meet your requirements?

Yes sure, but with modern furnitures and good wifi connection I have not yet found and the price is in fact about 3500 baht monthly for an apartment in Buriram.
