Alan: Thank you for posting photos of the beautiful and practical, fully completed house. All in all a very nice looking home. I am impressed with the rain gutters, downspouts, even the thought out distribution of the rain water. Excellent  looking office built in furniture. Seems like a wise location choice for that Mitsubishi Water Pump, not out exposed to rain and sun. How many taps does the wall mounted water heater serve?  I am curious what lines of exterior paint and exterior paint primer was used on the masonry in this beautiful house. You must have made the expat aware that the home ownership is legally established by what name is listed on the Permit to Build  document.  I can only imagine that the expat who paid for this home had a much smoother time of communication with you than most other expats have with more traditional Thai house builders. "Lost in Translation" I have observed can strain Expat | Thai marriages when a house is built in Thailand.  Please keep posting photos and details of your more interesting house builds. Paint TOA ,wall primer of course then three coats of paint , wood stain doors and skirts  chaindrite 1 coat termite protection then  five coats wood stain .
This client has lived in Thailand for many a year , he made a lease of some sort with a layer ,MR Sholong

Surin based .

99% of communication was via emails , the client works in the oil and gas field .

The client designed the house we just built it .
