Well!!!...... I went to True at Big C Buriram and my wife applied for a Gold Package.
All confirmed the men will come Monday and install but 500THB for extra travelling. We are 88kms from Buriram Big C. That was no problem anyway I got the package with 50% discount for the 1st 3 months [784.06 rather than 1568.12 pm]. "don't pay anything now you can pay the man on Monday"

we cancelled a Platinum service in Aug 2013. I am certain our reason was not unusual at the time as we had a bar and they had no EPL] In Nov 2013 we got a Solicitors letter say we owed True 7000+THB and our service had been cancelled. In fact it was cancelled the day after I rang in August! On receipt of the letter we both went to the True office in Pattaya Klang and it was confirmed we owed money but after a number of calls to the lawyer[collection office] BKK Customer service from the Pattaya Office it was "agreed" that even though True continued charging for 3 months supposed service, after we cancelled our subscription that they would clear the fees owing, keep our deposit paid some years before and pickup the De-coder box, remote and dish.
I checked this morning and the decoder etc was still at the bar with my note to the new owners 2 months ago saying True would come and pick them up.
The staff at Buriram were great but I could see there was nothing they could do so I told my wife, so they could hear, that we would have to go to PSI and get CTH. They instantly asked me if I had a Passport to which I replied "yes in the car why?" Well we can connect in your name. I hesitated and said I had my Thai Drivers Licence on me and they accepted a signed copy of the licence and apparently all is fine and "I" am getting an installation Monday!!
Let's see what happens Monday...
