Now I did find a shop with all chemical material, as chlorine also in tablets, Ph-reducer and copper sulfate. It is Ruansangthai in the North of Buriram. The CEO is English and also all personal can speak Basic English. Really a very good shop.

But indeed a very good shop and if you can't find stuff he is able to find / source it for you !

I purchase salt, algaecide and pool algaecide/clarifier from your store and have found all products to be keenly priced and very effective. Great to see your pool care and maintenance section expanding. It would be great if you can stock 5 in 1 chlorine/stabiliser tablets and the for me you would be a 1 stop shop for all my pool needs.

Does anyone know how much approx for a small swimming pool?
Are they expensive to maintain ?
Do you have to get permission?

It very much depends on what you want......size, build quality, liner or tile, chlorine or salt water, steps, ladders, lights etc.........
I used Issan Pools who are based in Sirin. They have a link on the Surin Farang website and also a cost calculator tool which is pretty accurate.
all pools require a degree of maintenance and the climate here is not the easiest for maintaining water. Overall I probably spend an average of around 5/6 hours a week on mine. I just spent a fortnight in the UK and when I got back the water was pretty much OK and back to balance and clarity within 24 hours of returning.
Not sure where you are but you are welcome to swing by and have a look and chat about it. I'd never had a pool before coming here. Mine was built in May, It's been a learning curve but I'm pretty much on top of it now.
I think the biggest single bit of advice I would give is, don't skimp on the build quality.

I wholeheartedly agree with Freddy in regards to White's question. When people come to see me about building a swimming pool in Buriram province I show them the web site of Issan Pools which has the cost calculator. I see the top grade materials purchased by Issan pools that they pay at the time of order. That firm is one of only two I would recommend in Buriram to design and build a swimming pool. The calculator is very sobering for those who have been told they can build a tiled swimming pool 4 meters by 7 meters for 200,000 baht.  I do a brisk business in swimming pool pump repairs and filter repairs on many residential, commercial, hotel swimming pools where the Bangkok company or Pattaya swimming pool builder that originally built the swimming pool has been priced too high or has gone out of business or just plain not interested in sending repair technicians to a customer in Buriram province.

Freddy I'm coming out at after Christmas,would love to meet up one day and have chat about pool.
I'm just thinking maybe in the future,just had house built,85 percent finished,so can't afford it now but just like to do some homework.Do you have to have any sort of permission?

Hi Mate,
I think that Gary's depending on where you are. We haven't got any and there have been no issues. Whichever pool building company you select should be able to advise more accurately and I would hope know of the requirements for any particular area. When we had ours done the local head man came for a nose but nothing more.
