In my last job I was a hiring boss.  A main criteria of mine that the person had to have a thick skin as my people were ruthless.   

I remember calling in a guy to teach him how not to show weakness as that was why he was being picked on. 


So if we know each other, flame a way.  My guys used to say I was the hardest to get as I gave them a high grade for "getting" me.  And having spent 27+ years in the military, you can't survive that with a thin skin.   

However, until we personally know each other, we need to be careful on slamming the other guy, especially with all the different cultures and backgrounds on this board.

Unless you want to slam Nookie as it will be deserved.

I agree with you about taking care with slamming strangers,there are some very mean mothers in this world,I've personally met quite a few,and luckily,I'm still here.I am also fully aware that this site is used to alleviate boredom at times-and I am all for a bit of fun.Life is too short to get bored-A little shit-stirring can be good for the constitution-cheers!
