He is alleged to have fled to Thailand after being released on bail in England, Immigration Bureau investigation chief Manu Mekmok said today.
Interpol had asked the bureau to cooperate in the search for Mr Wallace in Thailand, said Pol Maj Gen Manu.
He had been found to have been living in Sukhumvit Soi 69, and his movements were then tracked.
According to police, he had admitted he escaped from the UK to Thailand.
