Dear member,

I'm sure you are all familiar with his infamous products being sold in the "tuweekit" supermarket.
(*In the milk refrigerator and in the bread department in the supermarket)
From bread to pickles,pete,smoked ham and more....
So I decided to give him a visit and see who's this french guy NAME:MICHEL fullfilling our farang's flavour in Buriram..

First of all the guy is really french so that point confirmed ..
This guy is working from his house in a special area he arranged for this specific reason,he works with his wife together and they really do hard job on this thing,I came and they were fully handed busy with making pizzas and pork and more.. you name it the french got it.. 
I was really impressed from his passion for food and he making it with all his heart,He keeps on quality standard and refuses to "cut corners" when doing his food as he concern about customers health and taste.

Michel saying he started to make pizzas,I bought frozen and tasted his pizza(50B/each),Taste good,can feel that he uses only natural food ingredients.
I tasted his apple tarte and I liked it as well.

Some times some of his dishes are very good and i have had some not so good ..... But if you are lucky some of his meat is so tender .....i would say you may have to drive 200 kilo's to find the same ....When he is on form he is good  but you can not be on form every day!
