Pool vacuum cleaner

Does anybody know if I can buy something like that in Buriram or in some of the other towns around.
I did not build a pool but a pond to be stocked with decorative fish, lotus and other waterflowers.
The grandchildren found out that it was very useful for free activities, learning swimming and so on.

Here are a few threads from TV that might help .....I have a small pond and used to change the water but now I have gone for the ecological way by stopping the sun by planting lilies and having oxygenating plants and the right amount of fish for the size.
