Wooden houses. Would you consider at these prices?

I came across a shop in Bangkok selling these models, wooden houses, which I think they are very expensive and not so good value for money considering the cement houses can be built in our area.
Is it the wood price or most of the price is for the design?
What do you think?

My family told me about this a while ago. Although I do not know details, what they said was you arrange your land/cement base/services and the rest is done for you by the company.

Wood is very expensive, especially as Thailand have used up all of their own and now need to import.

I suppose they lost the instructions for re-planting ?

Or are they short of land to grow trees on ?

I think there a good price,it's hard to get wood nowadays in thailand without paying Tea Money at every chectpoint on the road, all the hard work has been done for the buyer , for 1.790.000 Baht you get a nice real wood house.

Better than that plastic wood there selling at IQ store in surin.  tired1

is there a wesite?   pray1

I think Sangka, you missed a nought off!

No doubt one of the side effects of moving to Samui!
