Speaking Isaan language (Mix of Laos+Thai languages).So, you walk on the street and hear the people talking around you in weird accent and can't understand what language is it they are talking?
Well, it is called "ISAAN LANGUAGE" / "LAO".
Basically, its mix of Thai language and Lao language.
Mostly spoken in Isaan areabut many times you'll hear it in other areas of Thailand because many people from this region going to work/live all around Thailand.
