Lifecertificates for those with pension from Sweden

You should be aware that the newly established "Pensionsmyndigheten" have now changed their routines for lifecertificates. They now send their request to people in Thailand in the beginning of September and threaten to stop payments from January if they don't get any valid lifecertificate before the 20th of December.
I never got their first request but today I got a reminder so I have plenty of time yet. Last winter they had a lot of trouble with requests for lifecertficates so I guess it is the same again. I don't think that it is because of the Royal Thai Post or the Swedish Postverket. The reminder was dated 2010-10-25.
I sent a very sour reply to their letter.   

I guess "Pensionsmyndigheten" was established because somebody had a friend who wanted to be a GD 
I miss a non-smiley in the form of a very sour kaffir-lime.
Anyhow the weather is much better now.
