Paying tax as a company in buriram

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good Solicitor and Accountant in Buriram. Doesn't have to speak English, but great if they do.  I am aiming to set up a small business based on farming with my Father-in-law and I wanted to research the tax payable for different types of companies and also How easy I could get the yearly accounts done.

I know the paying of tax is not strictly enforced in isaan, but it would suit my particular purpose to pay tax here (to a degree).  I'd rather pay the rates here than up to 46% back home.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I do know "Isaanlawyers" from people used them but no much complaints about them but I can't give you opinion on their service.
There are some other company I had a personal experience with them in the past, however they are in Bangkok;

Now, for your needs, to set up small Farming-based company in Buriram, Isaanlawyers might be the right answer for you.

May I ask what make you hold your decision between Isaanlawyers to the other company in Bangkok??

Between Issan Lawyers and mbmg, .. i did not know about either of them. 
mbmg were recommended to me by an associate of the sunbelt company in Ireland, he knows their director and thought they might be more appropriate for my situation.   
I tought issanlawyers would be better simply because they were local in issan.  They gave me some very good detailed advice when i emailed them directly and were very helpful, but I had no experience of them myself and they have not been set-up in thailand as long as mbmg.

is it worth it for you to drive till Bangkok for the other company?
do you have a special situation you trust only the experienced ones?
if talking about professionalism, there is no doubt, time play role here and everywhere in the world.

As Regards Money they both charge about THB 28, for setting up the company including translations, etc.

I wouldn't waste my breath on Sunbelt Asia. At every turn they have shown themselves to be a bit part Micky Mouse operation with questionable professionalism in each and every contact I have had with them over many years, hoping that they might have improved and then finding they remained exactly the same as before.

I put them in the same mould as those visa agents who try to camouflage prices with waffle and insubstantial matter.

Though I have no business relationship with Isaan Lawyers, I have only good reports to make on the back of a couple of points where I was and am investigating doing business with them. On my limited dealings with both of these suggested companies, I have no hesitation in putting forward Isaan Lawyers as by far the better of the two.

i don't understand why you slam sunbelt so hard. i also had a very good experience with them, that time i needed some advice on workpapers and accounting job,they did the job correctly and not expensive that was 6 years ago. sorry to hear they are not good as they used to be, there is also another company, which their name is Siam legal. http://www.siam-legal.com/

I have to also say re: Sunbelt Asia; that it was an employee of Sunbelt in Europe that originally suggested mbmg to me, as he said he couldn't standover a recommendation to Sunbelt Asia.  I found that strange at the time.  So perhaps their standards have slipped in recent years.

Just to let you all know, I got confirmed fees from both firms for setting up the co. and all that goes with it.

Issanlawyers wanted THB28,000 (+7% vat) for everything and
mbmg wanted THB58,000 (plus Vat, plus travel expenses if they were required to go to Buriram).

So it was an easy decision after all. 
30k is a big difference, I was surprised by that.
