Gents, Ladies and 3rd Genders.... I would like to get some info on health insurance... I can buy 1 year cover at age 54 for 17,500bht through World Nomads. Maybe there's a thread already covering this topic here however the ones I have read are a bit outdated...Can anybody compare a quote??..My quote does not cover Skiing....

I use AAInsurance.
They are a broker in Pattaya and Korat, but everything can be done online.
Here is the email of Peter (who is the boss there and a very nice guy)

I personally don't have a Thai Health Insurance (I have one from abroad), but I know AAInsurance has them as I got one from them for my Thai Wife.
