Correct it has only one bedroom, Its been designed to suit a couple which some may think is an advantage.! Having 2 bathrooms it could perhaps have an internal screen created where the dining room is to allow for small children or a more permanent option could be to move the kitchen outside to what is now a covered porch area leaving room for another bedroom.
