The same style of house is for sale in Nanh Rong at 1.69 Million Baht.   However, if you want to live in a rice field, good luck.

Hurry up and buy it before a Thai does, it's a bargain.

I am very familiar with this home. Marty and his wife bought most all the home building materials from Ruangsangthai. It is a quiet location yet not far from the ring road and only five minutes from Highway 219. My delivery truck drivers know this home very well. If you do not wish the "joy" of home building, and you need not live in the amphur or village of your spouse, this is a home worth consideration.  Ruangsangthai plumbers installed the water pump, water tank and Cotto toilets with flanges and wax seals at this Buriram Home which is now for sale.

I own and live in the house next door which is virtually identical. The location is Mueang Buriram just inside the ring road and a couple of hundred yards from Western University.  Rice fields on three sides but Nong Phai village on the other with a shop 80 yards away.  We are at a small crossroads so there are four ways of getting in and out to the ring road or into Buriram.  3km drive to the Irish Bar.
