With respect that is more like a 10 minute walk from the Bus Station,,,,also fail to say that  is located on the now  official Nang Rong bypass with all lorries over 6 wheels forced to use it.

130,000 per sqw X 150 sqw = 19,500,000 for 600 sq meter?   Makes the 8M baht per rai look good...something wrong here....
