I do apply this rule only in extremely offensive posts which are REPEATING again and again after countless editing/deleting/warnings/Pm's, etc..

I do not apply this rule very fast or easily and I think its best done this way.
I like to give a chance because I do not want to abuse my ability/tools to control on the forum.
Many members in the past agreed with me and appreciated this kind of management where in other forums the restrictions are MUCH higher.

It would appear that Thailand are a bit more progressive in this area than us westerners.  I know that if it were to happen here the option of a womans jail wouldn't be available, no matter the appendage status.  I would guess that it is the same in most farang countries ?
