Water filters - Manganese, Activated Carbon and Resin

Morning Chaps can anyone advise or help me?
When we built we had three 10" in diameter tanks installed for the three chemicals above to filter our water coming from the bore hole. We have been in for about 6 months now and the chemicals need topping up or changing as the water has a high calcium (I think) content which makes the skin dry and itchy.
Unfortunately I do not know how much, or how we do it. I could do with someone that has had a similar system fitted either advising me or better still giving me the details and number of their builder who installed and understands the system. I would be grateful for your help before my skin dries completely and starts falling off in lumps!
Regards
Nick

The hardware store on the corner, behind the police stand, across the street from the market sells the ingredients you need. The young Chinese man there also talks English. Tell him your problem, order the ingredients and pay upon delivery, and after they put them in for you. The next time you will know how your system works.
