"Ban Ke Ha"

Located on Buriram-Surin road (Road 226).
*Just 10 minutes drive from Buriram city.

I went to tour the place after a long time I haven't visited there, I can tell you that the last time I went there many houses were abandoned but now there are more growing community there.

Basically, for anyone don't know the place, its a government houses built on the low cost side to allow Thai people to be able to buy a house.
Most houses are very modest and small but also comes with a very small monthly installments.
Good thing for itself but for some reason this project/promotion didn't took up very fast.

I think there are some good opportunities out there may be considered for anyone need a place of his own without breaking the pocket, can always buy these houses and renovate it to be livable in foreign/farang standard to match needs.

The first line of the commercial buildings on the entrance to "Ban Ke Ha" neighbourhood is now for sale on serious discount, as the ad is saying: 40% discount off the real price.

After talking with one of the workers there I have been told their price is 700,000 Baht per unit including Land title ("Chanote").

I think its a great price, even though the buildings are old and need some serious renovation investment there.

its a bit dodgy place on night time. might get better in the future with more developments in the area.
there are also long line of KARAOKES type buildings along the road not far from there.
