I don't think you will find many Building Company's.Most people I know  go and look at local houses they like and ask the owner who build it for them.Most area's have a local building team that have either worked in Bangkok or have been in the Building trade most of there lives.Were people come unstuck is not being able to speak Thai to explain to the Builder what they actually want and their wives not knowing the Building terms or knowledge to translate for their husbands . Some guys don't  have the knowledge themselves and this is when a English speaking builder can come in useful.Many westerners poo poo local builder but there are some lovely houses around that have been built by local builders but my advice would be is take your time in finding the right builder and not just use the wife's Uncle as he's cheap or because he's a member of the family

OK, another one is 'Pongpanich Design&Construction' company, my impression is that they are serious, have architect and all surrounding services needed to complete a house or any other project you have.
They seem to hold/built many projects in Buriram.
Price will be higher than taking a simple Thai workers but I this the job execution will be higher level as well.
