Title: Home Cooking
Post by: Tassie on July 26, 2017, 12:46:26 PM
Well, it's one of those indoor days, monsoon rains and coolish conditions.  This has prompted me to cook an Irish lamb shank stew.

Lamb shanks...nice.

Always seem to be available in Makro.

I did some in a slow cooker.

Lamb, onions, mushrooms, garlic, rosemary, red wine, salt and pepper.

Great.
