Title: Retirement visa

Does anyone know if i meet the criteria for a retirement visa i.e. 800,000 baht etc,when i do my 90 day reporting do i have to show the funds again ? or is it just when i renew it after a year ?

Bit don't forget that at the time of renewing it has to have been in your account for 3 months.

Recommend you say at least 90 days, not 3 months.  I had the baht in the bank for 85 days spanning 4 months and they denied it (this is even after I could show where the baht and been sitting in another account and transferred at the same bank for 6 months before that).

It is also my understanding that you can use a mix of pension funds and baht in the bank.  For example showing a pension of 30,000 baht a month and having 500,000 baht in the bank (for 90 days) should work. 

And dimple joe is correct, income is not part of the 90 day report criteria.
