Title: where to buy us$30

Hi, just about to do my visa run at savanakhet leaving sunday, ive tried several banks in buriram but unable to get us$30.00 does anyone have any suggestions thanks

Make sure the bills are in very good condition and are at least 10 dollar bills. If not they won't take them.

Check that your nationality is good for 30 dollars. There are different amounts for some.

A quick question on the best exchange rates available... I use Vasu to exchange paper money and have not found anything better ... Does anybody use Vasu like me or is there another place or better that may give a better return on exchange rates. I always go by cash is best to exchange $..

Day to Day gives a comparison of the rates, and yes it appears that Vasu is at the top.

Thanks Starman  Im Kiwi so us$30 is correct but I did not know about min 10 dollar bills I have a gud $20 and balance made up of $1 and $2 so looks like im still in the look out for a good cond us $10.00 bill cheers

As a last option you can come get my other $20, give me your $10 and the rest in Baht.

I brought back several excellent condition 20's and 10's from the US if anyone needs.   moneysmile
