That is part of the new complex opposite Tawigit supercentre. A bit of a hiso type place. Predominately evening entertainment.

Interesting location, looks to be in the water.

Yes. Sadly that map is inaccurate. The place is located on the 218 road on the way out of town towards BigC. It is about 1km past Jimmy's bar, on the same side of the road. Just before Saensiri junction, where you would turn left to go to the elephant roundabout or straight on towards BigC and Makro.

The complex is known as 'Lively Market' and there are posters around Buriram, supposed to be open and finished before Christmas, work still ongoing. Coming from Buriram, on the left opposite Tirikit. The first access, in typical Thai fashion is actually the exit. As I posted some time ago I went on their children's' day and I didn't like it, nor did the granddaughter come to that. It has some expensive, empty shops, a few 'restaurants' ( I would go over the road to Svensens) a vast concrete desert as its main feature, boring garden landscaping, a child's swing that broke when my brat sat on it, and a boring water feature. Did I say I didn't like it? The architect deserves to have his fingers broken.

Children's day was well over a month ago. Have you been since? I do believe you went in the morning. Like I said, this is more of an evening venue. I have not been there myself but to pass it a couple of times a week on my way home. About 7:30pm the place is indeed very "lively".

The place is not very busy. Foodcorner and many shops are closed already. But i hope the grass will survive.
