Hi to all,
I have a non-immigration visa, multiple entries, and I like to make a visa run to get an immigration stamp of 90 days when my passport is only valid for 4 months.
Is there a problem? Are there offical rules?
Has someone experience with getting an immigration stamp at the end of the passport life time?
Thanks for answers. Greetings from Germany.

Where are you going to do your visa run?
Thailand, generally, only requires that your passport is valid for duration of stay. In this case 90 days.
Cambodia requires passport to be valid for 4 months. Laos requires 6 months.

you say : greetings from germany ... so I cann't see a problem for you ... you have to be in thailand to do your 90 days report ... just go to your local municipal office and apply for a new passport en when you come back to thailand have your non-o and multiple re-entry transferred to your new passport.

Doesn't look like the OP is talking about 90 day reports. He says that he has a "non imm visa multi entries".
Looks like he wants to come to Thailand and stay for longer than 90 days, therefore needing an exit and return.
Soon_oliver....more info would help.

Yes, I am actually in Germany. My passport is valid until begin Sept. 2015. I will buy a 1 year visa end of this month and come to Thailand begin August 2014. So my third visa run will be begin May 2015. At this time my Passwort is only valid for four months. Will the official complain to make an immigration stamp of 90 days, or is this okay?

Don't forget you can also get an extra 90 days by 'going out' the day before your 'O' expires, making 15 months!

Under normal conditions yes but the op says he makes his last borders hop May which will take him to Aug and his pp expires the next month, September. Thai immigration will only give him permission to stay until that date. OP you need to get a new passport now before you get a new visa.
