I'm trying to find a copy of this book.
Amazon have it but refuse to send it here for some reason.
Anyone have a copy I can borrow or buy?

I almost never buy real books any more as I use my Kindle.  However, there have been times I have been able to download onto my computer to read.  Try:

PDF would probably be the best option for a computer.  Not sure about a smart phone.
