Title: Buying a small house or townhouse in Buriram
Post by: rotary on May 20, 2009, 05:39:59 PM
Hi:
I am outside Thailand right now and was wondering if anyone could provide some info on what type of small 2 bedroom bungalows or perhaps townhouse is available around Buriram. Nothing fancy but something in a reasonable safe type area. Does anyone have any ideas on Moon bans and prices?? Any help I would be grateful for.

You mean "moo ban"(Thai) = village.

check in our classified section you might find something.

best way is to tour the town and ask people around. buriram real estate properties are not widely promoted on the web.

This is a cry for help for Buriram residents to post your properties and known properties that are on the market for sale/rent (preferably with pictures) in our "classified" section for the benefit of all of us.

Thank you.  sawadi

Actually...as per Thai law an estate with more than 8 dwellings (this could be town houses by sub-divisions) is also considered to be moo-baan.
