IT'S A MARRIAGE VISA
I'll give this my best shot.. As there is no such thing as a marriage visa, your in Thailand on an extension to stay based on marriage OR hear on a multi O based on marriage. If its the first option then you need to aquire a rentry permit (multy) to protect your extention when leaving thailand. You will still have to leave every 90 days or due a 90 day report at immigration. We have no choice on this.. If it is the second option then all you do is a a borders hope every 90 days.
If your only staying in Thailand for 6 months then why not get a set of double tourist visas? That would give you (60+30)x2=180 days.
Where did you get your visa, when is enter by date and how long is it for??????????

Technically not DJ. You are taling about extensions - in which case you are correct,
somluck says he has an immigrant O visa. By this I THINK he means NON Immigrant O Visa. That allows you to enter the kingdom (once or multiple times - depending) during the currency of that visa. You must, however, leave the kingdom after 90 days. In the case of a single entry Non-O that means you have only 90 days in the country - full stop. Usually only used as a prelude to obtaining an extension by virtue of marriage or retirement. With a multiple entry you have to leave every 90 days.
Address reporting is something that is only applicable to extensions.
