Title: Elephant Roundup

I finally didn't go to the elephant roundup in Surin, much too much hassle finding someone that knew how much it cost ( ฿1000.- for me, 500 for the wife), too expensive any way. I have visited the village Ban Ta Klang and I am sure that the animals there are looked after correctly.

If you watch the video be ready to feel ill.
I shan't be going next year either.

It is an utter disgrace and I shall never visit the elephant venue in Surin with my family ... thanks for the very educational link.
