A totally new concept on the Highway 24 between Nang Rong & Nong Ki
There are 2 Fortuner's ,one black,one dark grey with heavily blacked out windows travelling together.They have blue lights in their grills & windows,one passes you & pulls you in ,the other one is behind you....I have seen them a few times in the last couple of days but only found out what they are actually doing yesterday when one of the lads coming here got pulled up by them...132km/hr,fined 300 baht.......SO BEWARE......
